Engineering · Growth · AI

We build the systems
that run the business.

Phoenix Info is an engineering and growth studio. We ship the platforms your customers use, the internal tools your team runs on, and the demand that keeps both busy — with one accountable team instead of four vendors pointing at each other.

Why we exist

Most agencies hand you a website. Then the real problems start.

The site looks fine. But the leads land in a spreadsheet nobody reads, the dealer team still works over WhatsApp, and the reporting takes three days to assemble by hand.

That gap is what we were built for. We treat the public site, the internal tooling behind it, and the traffic that reaches it as one connected system — because for the business, they are. One team owns the whole chain, so nothing falls into the gap between vendors.

How we work

Typical engagement shape
Discovery & technical audit 1–2 weeks
Architecture & design system 2–3 weeks
Build in two-week increments 6–16 weeks
Launch, handover & training 1–2 weeks
Retained support & growth Ongoing

You get a named engineer and a named account lead. Weekly demo, written notes, access to the board. No black boxes.

Selected work

Three programmes for India's largest EV commercial vehicle maker.

EKA Mobility builds electric buses, trucks and small commercial vehicles from Pune. We have delivered three separate programmes for them — web, growth and AI enablement.

A product platform that can absorb a 14-model range without a redesign

Buses, trucks and SCVs each needed their own specification depth while staying one coherent brand. We built a component library and content model so the marketing team ships a new model page in hours, not sprints.

Getting found by fleet operators, not just EV enthusiasts

Commercial EV buyers research on total cost of ownership, range under load and charging logistics. We built the content and paid programme around those questions and routed qualified enquiries straight to the sales team.

AI tooling, a support desk and the training to run both

Beyond development we ran technical support calling, built internal AI tools around their workflows, and trained the in-house team so the capability stayed with them after we stepped back.

The AI Lab

We build our own AI tools. We use them on our own work first.

Three internal systems run inside Phoenix Info: one for content and SEO production, one for engineering quality, one for client reporting. They are not products we sell — they are the reason a 50-person studio delivers like a larger one.

It also means when a client asks us to build AI into their business, we are not learning on their budget. We have already run these systems in production, found the failure modes, and fixed them.

Inside the AI Lab

Internal · Live

Content & SEO production

Research, brief generation and structured-data QA across large content sets — with a human editor on every piece before it ships.

Internal · Live

Engineering quality

Review assistance, test scaffolding and release checks wired into our CI, so regressions surface before a client ever sees them.

Internal · Live

Reporting & anomaly alerts

Consolidates analytics, ad and CRM data into client reporting, and flags the metric that moved before the monthly call.

How it runs

No mystery, no surprise invoice

The same five stages on every engagement, whether it is a six-week site or a nine-month platform build.

Understand the actual constraint Before scoping, we look at what is really slowing things down — often it is not the thing you were told to fix. We interview the people who use the system daily and read the existing code and data.
Scope it in writing A fixed statement of work: what ships, what does not, what it costs, and what we need from you to hit the date. Changes go through a written change note, so nobody is surprised at invoice time.
Build in two-week increments Working software at the end of every increment on a staging URL you can click through. You see progress continuously rather than a reveal at the end.
Launch and hand over properly Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and live training for the team who will run it. You own the repositories, the cloud accounts and the domains — not us.
Stay on as long as useful Most clients keep a monthly retainer for support, iteration and growth work. Some take it fully in-house. Both are fine — we build so you are not trapped.

In their words

What clients tell us afterwards

“The difference was that they asked about our dealer process before writing any code. The build reflected how we actually work, so adoption was not a fight.”

Marketing lead Commercial EV manufacturer

“Weekly demos meant we caught two wrong assumptions in week three instead of week twelve. That alone paid for the engagement.”

Head of operations Logistics SaaS

“We had three vendors before this — one for the site, one for ads, one for the backend. Consolidating removed a whole layer of coordination work from my week.”

Founder Healthcare platform
